Is anyone familiar with this software? I am looking for a software program that will allow me to down size a file/photo that I have saved to my computer and then print it in the new smaller size. Specifically I want to resize to 12th of their actual size. Want to use when make dollhouse miniature projects where the scale is 1 foot equals 1 inch.

yes, Photoshop Elements will help resize photos, but so will MS Paint, which you probably already have on your computer. Since you are reducing size to a miniature, I bet MS Paint will be just fine for your needs.

Thanks Moto
You were right, I do have paint, now all I have to do if figure out what percentage I want to resize by to get my proper scale.

I have a few versions of Adobe PSE. Any photo-editing software will do this fundamental task.
You could even install any one of the free ones, if you'd rather not buy something for this sort of job. Picasa was always a good one.

I use www.getpaint.net, which is free. It lets you resize photos by adjusting the actual print size in inches.
