I have an older MacBook air.  I am not having luck importing photos from my Motorola tracfone.  Any ideas?  Should be simple but it is not working!!

@bargainsgirl    Can you send the photos to yourself on email then do a screen shot of them?

Which is it?  Do you want to export/transport your photos from your Mac to a Motorola or vice versa???

What Sooner needed to know is..... if the photos are .jpg or some other suffix?  "Photos" accepts all formats.  Which are yours?

Did you post in Apple forums and/or researched their tech support on YouTube?

DH and recently purchased iPhones after using Tracfone for 6+ years. Also having difficulty transferring contacts, photos from Android to iPhone.

@OKPrincess  You are still under warranty.  Take full advantage of it by calling Apple and/or AppleCare for step-by-step instructions.
