These phones cost lots of money so I have no plans to put my phone inside this kind of device.

I own a similar unit and sanitize my phone every time I charge it.  Mine is an ultraviolet light which will not harm my phone or any phone.

When COVID started, I had already bought Lysol wipes to clean my phone.  That's what I'm still using.
