Hey it's me again. I'm the one who ordered the ps4 on the 4th of February but it's still in process.. I checked my bank account tonight and the payment qvc was holding returned to my account.. As in, it's now available. Is this normal? Is it because Qvc was taking too long to actually take it? My status still says "in process" I just want to make sure im Still getting my Ps4. /:

This is why you should buy elsewhere. This was also a big topic of discussion right before Christmas. I'm not sure if anyone got the PS4.

Why don't you call the Q customer service. They probably are a better source to ask about payment taken or not. But be warned...they aren't helpful for questions about shipping times. They see the same info you see online. In my experience with Q shipping, I usually get it on the day that was originally estimated. Typically that is 10 days. So if you ordered on the 4th, I would think it would be there on the 14th. Except the 14th this month is a Saturday. So if you don't get it by End of day Monday, then I would complain. As for funds showing back in your account, can't say that has ever happened to me. Really, call customer service and ask about that. If funds are back in your account, then there is a chance they aren't shippimg the item.

Unless you truly need the easy pay, the Q's prices on these kinds of items are outrageous. What they put in the bundles is usually not what kids want. You are paying for things you don't need. Just like the ipad junk that is old and poor quality, uneededed accessories.

I agree with Lynnj's post. I would call the Q's Customer Service line, and ask if the item was shipped or not, if it's saying that it's still "in process."

From my understanding, if the money is back in your account, it would seem to me that the item is no longer available, so the money was put back in your account.

Not true. It depends on the OP's bank and how long it waits to post the transaction. I order from footlocker all the time and the money is taken out instantly then two days later its put back in then after it shipped it's back out again.
