I received this as a gift from my Mom. She had great intentions and I appreciate the thought but WOW, if you want to irritate someone, this is it. It boots fine and homescreen is great but if you try to download an app the message "no internet connection is found". Let's see, I managed to get to the app market and my emails and other sites but cannot download. I emailed tech support first and received no response in 4 days, so I then called and after a heavy wait which I am sure is do to them being over loaded I was told that my case would be escalated to a tier 2 level and that tech support would call me. After waiting 4 days I called again and was told that they outsource the tech support and I "may" hear from them Saturday January 1st but it may be next week. I am a very computer savvy person and did manage to load an app to my laptop and flash drive it to my tablet but that was the only one. I can honestly say I would have been happier with a card saying Merry Christmas than this. The bad part is I do not want to offend Mom so into the closet in the bottom of a box it goes. I thought QVC had a reputation for quality items but now I wonder? The almighty dollar maybe? Thanks for reading my rant.
