Pandigital SuperNova DLX User Guide

I received my Pandigital SuperNova before Christmas. I haven't had any problems with it so far. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I installed a app called " Memory Booster " on the SuperNova to help manage the memory usage. There was a list of all the apps installed on the SuperNova so you could delete the ones you wanted to. The touchscreen is so sensitive I think I accidentally deleted the user guide that was installed on the SD card. I know there is a downloadable user guide under the SuperNova description on QVC's website. Is there anyway I can reinstall the user guide on to the SD card? I didn't know if it would do any good, but I restored the SuperNova to the default settings but it didn't reinstall the user guide like I was hoping it would. In case you can't tell, this is my first tablet and I've never used a Smartphone. Thanks, I appreciate any help you can give me.
