I bought a Pan-Digital E-reader sometime back, thinking that I could program it as easily as the host demonstrated on air. WRONG! I spent countless hours trying to figure this out, even called the company only to be brushed off by their customer service rep who told me to read the instructions! Since I taught journalism at Temple for over 30 years, I assured him I could follow instructions even though they didn't work. To make a long story short, several people looked at the e-reader and we finally found out from Pan-digital that the unit needed updates when it was sold. It cannot be programmed at all....so I am out of $190.31 for an item that will never work. Pan-digital sent the updates be we can't get it to work and neither can Radio Shack. I am very disappointed with QVC..and out of quite a bit of money as well.
