Wow- like 12 pages of a. data. Just completed back up. I started a note book tonight and label on front- IPad information and tips to resolve issues. You are so kind and helpful.Thank you. Southern Bee

               @SouthernBee,  Excellent!   Thank you for the kind words.    You're welcome -- and I want to thank you for the helpful screen shots and explanations that make it easier for detective work and potential fixes.   I learn something new when these discussions come up, so it's a "win" for everyone.   Gosh, I hope it's fixed.   If not, please let us know and maybe someone can figure out what to do next.   Fingers crossed you can get the iPad all cleaned up and then get that mail back up and running.  Have a lovely evening and weekend!🌻
