Yes…I don’t seem to get an option to change to Preview. I am just updating software…maybe a glitch? My software is regularly updated.

Will advise if I have any luck. Thanks so much❤️.

@Lilysmom1   If you are in the middle of updating software, you should not be doing anything.

Anywho.........When done updating, run Disk Utility>First Aid.

Afterwards, RESTART your MBP & try again.  If that does not work, send a screenshot of your Get Info window.  **PLEASE HIDE YOUR PERSONAL INFO** if you do.

It does sound like a glitch.  Hopefully, that is all it is.

Adobe products can & will take over a Mac system.  Let me know if you want to delete it.  On the Adobe website there are **special uninstall** instructions for their products regarding Macs.

@Mz iMac , no activity going on while updating.  For some reason in "get info" screen I have no actionable options.  All greyed out like the photo above shows...

@Mz iMac I ended up deleting Acrobat and that solved my problem.  Many thanks for rushing to my rescue.  You are one of my buddies here of many years and I ❤️ your kindness.  I am now ready for my zoom call.  LM

@Lilysmom1   Click on gray ">" to the left of "Open with"

That is the arrow thingie I mentioned above.

When you click on it, it will turn upside down--> Screenshot 2023-08-10 at 4.11.00 PM.png to show the rest of the "Open with" options.
