I ordered a PS5 on the December 17th cause QVC said guarantee delivery before Christmas. So, I check today and now my delivery date changed to the 27th and when I spoke with someone from Customer Service they said it was a vendor issue. I wish they would have said something before I spend my money. I am hoping it comes on the 23rd like it said 2 days ago and not the 27th cause this will be my first and last time ordering anything from QVC. Cause why advertise saying you will guarantee something and then don't stick to it. SMH

QVC should realize they attract and keep new customers with great service, not gimmicks!

Focus on customer service.  Pay to have decent customer service staff.

We read this same old childish complaint every year.  There is no way QVC can guarantee delivery unless they own the company who is making the delivery or can control the weather.  If you choose to order a Christmas gift this close to Christmas day, you have no one to blame but yourself.  You have 364 days to shop for Christmas so, plan ahead.

QVC and videogames are typically a bad combo. You overpay, and they under-deliver. We see it every year. They'll often be the only seller, so buyers take the chance then either find the order delayed or canceled. It happens.
