Has anyone else had problems after ordering a Dell product through QVC? I ordered a laptop on 10/26 and the EDD was 11/26...my order is still listed as "in process" on 12/3. I contacted customer service and was told that it since it ships from Dell they could not track it until Dell notifies QVC that it has shipped. QVC's response is that I should receive my order "soon". I then tried contacting Dell and have not received a response. It is a week past my EDD and I am extremely frustrated because nobody can tell me the status of my order. It seems like there is no communication between Dell and QVC so I would never order through them again. I have ordered other laptops for my kids through QVC and did not have any problems.
