Yeah I contacted them on Facebook and the online chat and they wouldn't really answer my qcuestion. They just said it gets shipped directly from the vendor.. well if you ask me the vendor didn't directly ship anything, still to this date the money never left my card and there is no update on anything. Due to be here in 3 days and it's only standard shipping.

@Markg123 The "social team" are not on FB or online chat. Emailing the "social team" will get your answer(s).
