Oh No!!! Is It Lights Out???

Dropped my Acer Net book on my kitchen floor last night!!{#emotions_dlg.scared} The screen insides now look like a kaleidoscope! Can it be saved??? I planned on getting a new laptop but not now!{#emotions_dlg.sad} I'm going to get a tech to look at it, but I have a feeling it will cost more than it's worth. My first computer and had no idea on what to do or where to take it. I'm going to the Geek Squad. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Meanwhile... I'm looking at laptops!{#emotions_dlg.crying}
