Has anybody else had their NuVisoin to swell up and separate? Never seen that happen before. Looks like QVC sold a piece of junk!!! Makes me mad that I spent 100.00 on junk, and that QVC would sell ****** like that. I never overcharged it, or kept it on continuously. Was having problems with it about a month before this happened, it would cut itself off while it was in use.

I think your tablet battery has swollen & distorted the case...the battery needs to be removed. You can do it yourself but I would take it to Best Buy to have it done & see if the tablet can be saved. Good Luck.

I bought one for my daughter and one for myself back in 2016 before Christmas. They did really well for a while. Then my daughter's started to reboot and wouldn't hold a charge. I laugh and told her that she must be on it 24/7. Well, about 2 months later mine started the same thing. The way I saw it for the 2 I got was that they must have a timer inside that makes it goes crazy so you will buy the one they have the next year. I tried to contact NuVision and they never would respond back to me. Just how rude is that. Will NEVER buy anything with NuVision on it again.

I got the little 8" Gigaset from the Q in 2015 and that thing is still working. Never have had a problem with it.

I sent this message from the last living brain cell I have.

I didn't have one swell and separate but I do agree that those tablets are a piece of junk.  I felt like I got what I paid for.  I feel the same way with the Amazon tablets - they are a cheap piece of junk as well.  I have both and neither operate very well, both move very slowly and a charge doesn't last very long.  I purchased both to be used mainly as an ereader but after dealing with performance issues I'm sticking with real books.
