I am very annoyed with QVC. My husband ordered a computer for me for Christmas and I used it twice and it crashed so we shipped it back. When I called to inquire about the return they said it wasn't in stock and they would issue a refund. Two weeks later they send an email saying they are shipping me a new computer which I thought ok that's great. Now when I sent the computer back I sent back everything including software. I received my computer on January 20 it's almost a month later and I have called three times concerning the software and each time they say they are putting in an order to send it out and I have yet to see software. But they aren't hesitating to take the payments off our card. each time they are telling me it will take 10-17 days to ship out the order. I am like give me a break it didn't take you that long initially to send it out. I am not happy at all. I think I will call them back and tell them they need to do something else.
