If this is the problem......it is above my ability with electronics....

 

There was no install disc

 

Everything works fine...even the night vision connecting it to my computer....just no sound...LOL

 

It's not like it is a big deal....

 

I am running Windows 10.....computer is about 4 years old

This is a body cam. You may want to do a search. How to play back audio from a Fositan body cam using Windows 10?

You maybe able to ask someone in the security business.

It has to be a setting on either your computer or the body cam.  It's been my experience you need to download software for devices to work with Windows.

If all else fails, I'd contact the company via the Fositan Online website.  Clearly it's a Chinese company and you'll be writing to someone in China, but it's worth a shot.
