No More QVC Dells for me $500 to repair

Laptop is three years old. Suddenly stopped working. $199 to send it back to Dell for repair. Got a phone call today the motherboard needs to be replaced. Additional $320. YIKES. No warning when the laptop went. Just boom! This is the last Dell I am buying. My relatives have Apple and Toshiba laptops that have lasted for years. And I never traveled with this one. It was used as a desktop replacement (17 inch screen).

I was mad when I saw I overpaid and this laptop was offered a month after I got it for considerably less and now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
