New TV Purchase --Help with technical specs -- Audio Outputs

Hoping Gardenman or some other knowledgable tv people are around. I want to buy a new tv. I have been trying to educate myself on how to get the most for my $. I want LED 50-60" picture. I am especially interested in getting one with fixed audio outputs but these seem to be hard to find in my search of Costco and Best Buy tvs. I want to be able to run surround sound and use my Apple TV. This is an important feature to me.

Also on my wish list are:

1080 capable; 120 Hz; USB port, HDMI capability (2 at least), Wifi enabled, sleep timer, energy star compliant and the fixed audio outputs, a/v inputs.

Am I missing any important features?

As to brand, I am leaning toward Samsung. Don't want LG ... had a bad experience with this brand.

Any help or comment is appreciated. I expect to own this tv for some time and want to get it right. I like Costco's great return policy but if I can't get what I want there, I will go elsewhere. I am in Canada but we have the same stores like Best Buy, Future Shop, etc.
