New Kindle Paper White -- Can I Make Book Categories or File Books in Categories I Already Have from my Kindle Keyboard?

I liked the easy way I could make categories and put books in any category on my old Kindle Keyboard. I just charged a new Kindle Paperwhite yesterday, and I do not know how to do this same thing on it. My old categories(from my Keyboard model) are on the screen, but I can't seem to figure out how to add a book to an old category, nor how to remove a book from a category and place it in another category.

DOES KINDLE PAPERWHITE NOT HAVE THIS CAPABILITY?
