I've always used HP printers.

  This is the first one with Instant Ink.  I didn't sign up for it because I go months without using my printer. Can you set the time frame for receiving ink?  I'm afraid I would have a pile of unused ink cartridges.

I seem to have read that a class action lawsuit was filed against HP for this feature.   

It had to do with consumers not having the option to look at competitors' products that were suitable, but a lot cheaper. 

A lot of people were very angry because they couldn't get out of this HP "service".

I didn't opt-in for this feature.  My ink consumption is waaaay down from my HP glory days.  And they didn't have this feature 9 years ago anyway.  What I DO know from first hand experience is that using 3rd party ink can and has caused me to have to buy a new printer.  Lesson learned.

I was checking the ECO brands on   oops forgot to say i was on amaz  and read so many reviews pros and cons  my head is spinning..lol

I have an Epson printer. It is ET2850.

I finally ordered  the" EpsonET2850"     as my hp printer won't work right now! 

The Epson you  mentioned have has very good reviews  so i ordered it in white..

and

I had a cc cash back on my cc card  of $30.00  and  applied it  to  cost   verry good deal don't have Amz. prime  for next day delivery but it will be delivered Saturday.
