@Melvin-QVC you may want to edit your post as the info you provided is incorrect. A locked cellphone is only usable on the carrier from which you purchased it. ex: If I buy a locked cellphone from Verizon, I then cannot go to T-Mobile and ask them to activate the phone as it is not on their network. An unlocked cell phone can basically be used on any carrier (some restrictions may apply).
