Never Buying From QVC Again!!!!

I recently bought a HP DV7 with 6 gb RAM, blu ray, fingerprint reader, etc..., but when I turned on the computer after receiving it, I realized they sent me the wrong flippin computer, a g72 that they're selling much cheaper than what I ordered. I called this morning, explaining that this was bought for my DJ service with a dance upcoming in Feb.. Well now not only am I going to have to wait probably another 12 days for the computer I ordered, they never even offered an apology, I thought that should call for upgraded shipping at the least. So yeah, next time I'm staying far away from QVC!!!!!
