Your internet service provider (ISP) may have a data limit on your plan. I don't think it's an issue if you have internet through your TV cable, only your provider can answer that.

Netflix has a blog, here's the post about the rate increase. And I agree with the poster who recommended watching House of Cards!

I love the show. When the new season is released, I'm going to use the 30 day free of Netflix to watch the new season. I got hooked on it while house sitting for my sister. I watched season 1 & 2 in a week.
