Hi. I've been having horrible trouble streaming Netflix through my Samsung BD-D5700 Blu-Ray player to my Samsung hdtv. A program will usually start out fine and then I'll get interruptions with a rebuffering. It has gotten so bad I've pretty much stopped trying. BUt that's stupid b/c I"m paying for a Netflix subscription. Of course it's not a whole lot but that's not not the point.
I was shocked that last Saturday afternoon I was able to watch for a couple hours without that rebuffering interruption. That night, no such luck. No luck on Sunday either.
I've contacted Netflix and they were nice but not helpful. I've contacted my internet provider and there doesn't seem to be anything from their end. I don't know how to check functionality of the blu-ray. I have internet access, have been able to use o ther apps, can play discs.
I've tried resetting router and modem.
Any suggestions, ideas?????? I would so appreciate any and all. Thanks in advance!
ETA I've checked router settings and this is not something I know much about but, from what little I know, everything looks in order
