Need mobile charger suggestion

I am not sure if I posted this before but here goes again. I have a tablet and a cellphone and I also have lots of lost power in storms. I want something that will charge my phone and my tablet. Both are Android.... Nexus 7 and Galaxy SII. If the power goes out going to my car to get a charge is not all that convenient or fun.

I have been to Amazon and the Q for products and really have not found any that I truly understand what they are for.

I want to be able to travel with the device as well.
