Need help with CPU system

I am interested in the TSV HP Computer. I want to purchase a Cricut Explore and connect it to the computer. Minimun system requirements for the Explore is that the computer has to have a CPU of 2.33 or higher. Does the HP AMD 8 Quad core have the requirement that I need?

AMD Quad-Core A8-4555M Accelerated Processor which would be 4.5 so more than 2x the minimum requirement.
