this may not be the best forum for this but......I am in desperate need of some help getting At&t to stop overbilling me......I am told I have to know my password before they can speak to me about my account....I don't have a password and have never had one on my phone account! This is a landline that I must keep for a few more months as our security system is upgraded.....short of taking legal action, which is expensive, anyone have any ideas how to deal with these truly horrible people? I am beyond frustrated. Thanks.
