@Barbarainnc- If photos are taking up a lot of your storage, install a micro SD card and move them to it.  I always do that and haven't had a problem.

I recommend Motorola G6. It's the only Tracfone offerings on Q & H that has a 32GB internal storage. It looks like HSN has the G6 for 129.00.

Remember, you won't be getting 32GB for your use out of the box since the operating system and the preinstalled apps will take up a chunk of the storage. I like Motorola because in my experience they only preinstall the bare minimum Google apps only. Also, some of the apps will not install on external memory (SD card).
