This morning one of my sets is working perfectly (newish set) and one gives me only snow (old set). Both were working perfectly last night. I've checked the connections and found nothing loose, but I'm wondering if my old set has just died. When I first turn it on, I hear a sound almost like you hear when you shake a dead lightbulb, but that sounds disappears almost immediately.
Is it worth calling Comcast or would you just get rid of the old set? opinions or information, anyone? TIA, Millie
