Hello,

I hope someone can help with this.   Yesterday I activated a new Tracfone and transfered from my other Tracfone.   Everything transferred except my email that is synced to my computer.

Instead an old email address that I haven\'t used in years is now on the new phone .

I transferred everything again and my current email is still on the "old" phone....

Also, should I want to return this phone ,how would I go about clearing off all the transferred info , pictures etc.  ?

E-Mail: In Settings, Apps -  delete the old e-mail app. Download a newer version from Google Play Store.

Clearing: In Settings, System - There should be a choice for Reset or Restore.

I  have another question . could I "roll back" everything I transferred to the old phone again ?

Yes, you can transfer everything to your old phone.

Good morning,

I did transferr everything back again to my old phone . Yesterday that service plan ended, however I am still receiving the emails synced to my computer but no longer texts.  Texts are coming in on the new phone.

I have selected an alarm sound that I like,yet it keeps going back to the "original" one .

Whay am I doing wrong ?
