I'm hoping someone can shine light in my darkness.

I have a telehealth call, via Google Duo, scheduled soon.  The doctor will be calling me, but she is not in my contact list.  Does she need to be for me to receive her call?

I've been searching online for an answer to this question, but have not found one.  The search picks up on a few keywords and directs the answer toward them, i.e., specific question gets vague answers.

I would appreciate a definitive answer or guidance toward finding one.  I'd like to be prepared so as not to waste time (and feel foolish) when she calls.  Thank you in advance.    Woman Happy

Hi,

no, she doesn't need to be in your contact list.

I had a telehealth call and the phone number the doctor calls from was not in my contact list, but I was able to receive the call.
