Need Advice on Removing Norton AV from a New Computer...

I bought a new HP laptop with Norton pre-installed. I have NOT activated Norton yet or gotten on the internet. I prefer Kaspersky and need to install it.

Can someone tell me how to uninstall ALL of Norton so I won't have any problems with Kaspersky?
