I purchased the nintendo wii gaming system on cyber monday and it was supposed to be here tomorrw. well they called me YESTERDAY saying i needed to call them back for additional information before they could release my order. i have order lots of other things through qvc and haven't had this problem until now. Has anyone else had this problem. i would call them back on the phone but i can't i lost my voice 8 years ago. i sent them an email with info that was in the voice mail but no respose back yet!!!! i can't have my husband call cause its a christmas present!! somebody if you can help me, i would really appreciate it very much!!! thanks!!!
