Try emailing the QVC Social Team and giving them the item number one title, if it's the same as the phone above. Something needs to be straightened out and they might be able to help you.

From what you describe you want, you really don't want a TracFone. Offload Apps? Good luck with that with a Tracfone.

@Mz iMac @The phone includes a power cord and charger adapter. Someone named Anneca asked about this and received a reply from Janet in Customer Care in the Questions section for the item online.

This is the norm for phones these days. USB charging is fairly universal. If you have any USB charger already, you can use it with your new phone. If you have a power strip, clock radio, computer, or anything else that lets you plug in a USB device, you already have a charger and don"t need to use your car. The vast majority of buyers don't need another wall charger which is why manufacturers stopped including them.

I believe I got  car charger with my Samsung, but have never used it.   No idea where it might be, either.  

Charging a phone in your car?   Why don't they just come up with batteries that have more power and can last longer?

Car chargers are handy for people who drive a lot and use their phone for GPS. They're also handy if the power goes out for an extended time or if you forgot to charge your phone overnight. I keep one in my car's glovebox just in case.

Some cars will not charge without the key in the ON position. We have one of them, and my wife found out the hard way, when she thought her phone was charging overnight. Works good while driving but worthless unless one wants to leave the keys in their ignition.

I called and their answer was send it back for a refund. Who can go without a working phone because I bought 2 that were all our phones and couldn't go back to our old phones. They wouldn't send new ones with the full 24 gig.
