NEED HELP REGARDING MY PC!!

Not sure how to word this but will try. Seems my PC view has changed.

I have Verizon/msn. I am so frustrated at the way my local weather is viewed.

After i change it works for me. However when i close and reopen it shows the City i do not want.

I am sorry if i am not making this clear?? I am not PC savvy,and have no idea what to do.

Did put my town in the favorite file. However a pain to keep using that link.

My search engine now is call Bling. So many changes i cannot keep up with.

Hopimg maybe someone can understand my frustration.
