My theory on what is wrong with this site

First of all, I know virtually nothing about computers. I type well and that's about it. But I have a feeling what is boloxing up this website is trying to make it compatible with all the different apps. And whenever they change something, we users sitting here with plain old PC's suffer. They just seem to be diggint a deeper hole. I actually feel sorry for these programmers, they must be tearing their hair out.
