Sorry, to hear this O/P but.. I am not surprised at all. I have had many Dell tablets and computers in the past and I found the CS and Dell in general have gone down in quality .. I agree with the others here send it back. SInce Mr. Dell sold the Dell company and it went global it is a night mare. I never brought another Dell product since the nightmare I had with a tablet I made a mistake in ordering though Dell a few years ago. Good luck returning it and getting your money back. I have a Toshiba and a HP tablets and computers and so far no problems with any of them. I hear mixed reviews about win10 most very bad so I went and installed window 7 premium works just fine for my needs.

Got on the phone with Dell.It is completely blown, no good. Getting through on the Dell phone lines is crazy. If I send it back to QVC it will take two more weeks at least to get a replacment because they will wait until this gets back to them. I'm going to think over night about whether I want this computer or not. Also, there is no place on the product information to submit a review. Why is that? I hope noone lese has had this problem. I reallyneeded this computer now.
I would return the computer and maybe buy one directly from best buy. I do not trust qvc on electronics. I also purchased a HP laptop that was a lemon from QVC. The hard drive completely failed at 5 months with system issues from day 1

I've done ok purchasing laptops at Best Buy, FOR THE MOST PART, as my Lenovo from 2011 is still working perfectly.
But one of my Toshibas I purchased from BB and BB had installed all kinds of BB software on it. I couldn't separate it out and get rid of it, as it was deeply imbedded. Well, the worst part was that there came a time when it would no longer get Windows updates. It's a Win7 machine and when SP1 came out I could not get it to update on that machine because something that BB had installed on it precluded the updates, also blocking subsequent updates, and I ended up having to stop using it. That was right when a lot of really big security updates were out, too.
It's a shame because it just sits (wherever it is) and is out of use.
I've gotten more into just purchasing directly from the manufacturer and there isn't a bunch of extra junk installed. Yeah, there is always garbage like McAfee and some manufacturer utility stuff. First thing I do is get rid of the McAfee, of course, and replace it with good a/v software. Then I go through the mfr stuff to see what I want to keep and what I want to uninstall. It's easy to do so. But when a retailer puts a bunch of their stuff into the machine it's often more of a pain than it's worth.

If you haven't already done so, send it back yesterday. Whether you ask for a replacement or a refund is up to you. However, DO NOT let the 30 days get away from you.

Congratulations!!!! Good luck with this one.
As an aside, were I to order a computer by mail, I'd ONLY do it through a manufacturer's website. That way I have some reasonable assurance that the product is up-to-date. However, there's no assurance that there can't be a problem from that source, too. But, you have the manufacturer to go back to without dealing with "middlemen".

A new twist to the saga. Instead of refunding my money, QVC is sending me another computer! By the time I figured that out it was too late to stop the shipment. I asked for a refund, not a replacemet. What a giant pain in the you know what! Now I have to send the 2nd one back before I get a credit on my card. Usually QVC service is good but this computer thing was cursed from the beginning. Never again with electronics.
