Haha I still owe 1 more payment...tried to use it to jump my car, and NOTHING...what a waste of money. Cost me $80 to find out I am pretty stupid to order some things....and my QVC Logo Hoodie is a month old and the whole thing is piling already.....

Sounds like you need to call CS and see if they can't make some of your purchases right.  We're you supposed to charge the Cobra before using?  Unfortunately it's not something you can try to see if it works the day you get it.
