@bargainsgirl  (I found this, when I googled the issue.)

 

How do I turn off visual voicemail on my Moto g7?
 
 
Swipe left to the ALL screen. Swipe up and tap Visual Voicemail. Tap Disable and then tap OK. Note: Visual Voicemail is now stored at the bottom of the list (not in alphabetical order) when you disable the app.

I could not get through to Verizon cause I am not "official" so I just called TRACFONE and the service rep was wonderful.  Reset my phone in about 5 minutes.  Just could not explain WHY this occurred.  Easy fix!
