Apparently this will allow questions to be answered directly. Not by listing websites where you can find the answer.
How will we know if the answer is correct? Right now I use the website's reputation to help judge information authenticity.
What do you think?

Here we go with more Artificial Intelligence. I know there is not a lot I can do about it, but it still makes me very nervous. Whatever it is, I hope I can disable it on my computer as I am still a Windows user. Do you know if this will apply to MS Edge and Bing for the MAC too?

@BiggsE I would assume so, but I didn't read that. I also don't know if you would be able to choose with or without ChatGPT.
Every day we hear that ChatGPT can pass graduate level exams, but that doesn't mean it would do well on some of my oddball but important questions.

AI is garbage in, garbage out.
Use Brave as a browser and bypass all that nonsense. You'll also see A LOT more results that microsoft and google censor

Associated Press reported today they asked one of the new chatboxes what important sports event happened in the last 24 hours. They were looking for an answer about Lebron James reaching a new point record.
What they got is a fictional account of Sunday's Super Bowl.
Oh boy.
****Now NPR is reporting the new Google Bard erred on a question about the James Webb telescope.

This going to get interesting. I use Edge, I think I can use another browser aside from Bing. Right now, Bing is default, but I'm going to play around with it. Maybe try Duck Duck Go. I'll report back with my findings!!!

I changed the search engine in Edge. Won't be using Bing.
