In June 2011 I bought a Dell with all the software which included McAfee for four years. In May 2012 McAfee gave a message that I had no service. I phoned their tech service who removed their software from my computer and disconnected. I phoned back and McAfee offered to put the software back for $360.
I contacted QVC who said it was not their problem, contact McAfee. I did again and McAfee made a date and time to contact me and fix the problem. Didn’t happen. QVC says Still not our problem. McAfee says pay up.
If I reinstall the software EVERY MONTH, I can get 30 days of McAfee and then the no protection screen appears again.
OK to buy a purse from QVC but stay away from computers.
