Malwarebytes.org question

I finally downloaded it after chickening out a couple of times.

It actually found a couple of registry things that it was able to remove successfully.

How do I know malwarebytes isn't spying on me?!

What keeps them from getting infected just like everybody else?

Sorry if it is a silly question but please relieve me from my paranoia.

Should I take it off?
