I love my MacBook Air!  I'm on it now!

I also have an iPhone and iPad mini.  Both the phone & tablet are a bit older and will need to be replaced soon.  However I just love the laptop better than the tablet.  I carry it around the house with me.

One word of caution....I had a newish MacBook Air that was only 1 1/2 years old and suddenly I had a lot of problems with the screen.  I must have placed a pen in the grove between the keyboard and cover because suddenly there was a small crack that grew over a few weeks and totally messed up the screen with wonky lines of color.

I was upset but bit the bullet and got a new one last year.  I am EXTRA careful with it!  No more pens or any other item that could get in the groove! I only use it around the house and won't take it on a trip, etc.

Instead I will bring my tablet when going on a trip.

@cindyNCIf you have an iPhone and/or an iPad, you already have a Mac.  They're essentially the same, just with a larger screen and a larger "box".  The transition from a "Windows" computer to a Mac is not as complicated as some would have you believe.
