Looking for Best Digital Camera priced under $200!

I had a Nikon Sure Shot and thought the pictures were awful. Just purchased the Kodak Easy Share and it seems to take good pics, but seen lots of bad reviews. I am a camera bug and would like to know the best camera out there! Thanks in advance.
