It's a Motorola & my first smart phone. I started using Tracfone in 2009 with a 3g flip & this is the first time I've had a problem. I didn't know about the recent Verizon takeover so Thanks for sharing, maybe that was the issue. I hope everything goes smoothly with the switch & you enjoy your new phones. Be well @Venezia.
