Limewire Uninstall Again

My husband has Limewire on his computer and wants to take it out. It isn't listed in the programs under that name. I read that it can go under another name. Our computers are the same and I checked the programs with mine and I did find something that is unfamiliar.

My son in law put it in and my husband didn't know it. The Limewire keeps coming up when the computer is opened. Anyone know how to get it out when it's not in programs.
