Yesterday decided to try one more time to see if this could be fixed, found online some instructions and followed them and it worked!
Got rid of the stuck screen, actually got to a screen that said Repair this Computer. It reset the laptop totally and did a reinstall of win11.
Been good since then, happy about it!
