Re: LePan Mini 8"" Quad Core 8GB WiFi Android Tablet w/Google Play ADVICE

I did buy it. I then cancelled and then I bought it again. The Q is going to have me committed no doubt. But I am now happy with my choice. I will have to wait until September to get it, but no matter I am going away anyway.

Do they sell Le Pan case too? Would love to get one to match the unit I bought for mom.

Hi, just realized you mentioned the screen protector. Saw on the #5, I guess they don't sell orange color Smiley Sad

Hi. I got my cover and screen saver on ebay. If you search for Le Pan Mini (TC802A) you'll find some.

Oops! I meant to say screen protector.

Re: LePan Mini 8"" Quad Core 8GB WiFi Android Tablet w/Google Play ADVICE

Hi eabf719.

Sorry to say I did not see an orange case specific for this tablet during my search in July. My first search was at
Amazon and as a Prime member, nothing was available at that time because I wanted a protector, too.

The only colors I found were pink, green, purple, black and blue - all on ebay. The seller had both the case alone and then the case with the screen protectors. I don't know how to do links here, but if you copy and paste this info in the search at ebay for Leather Case Cover + Screen Protector for Le Pan Mini (TC802A), you will find the one I bought from w/free shipping. This will only show the case with protectors. I bought it on the morning of July 30 and it was in my mailbox on August 1 - superfast ship (from California to Illinois). I paid $21.99, but I see this morning it is at $20.99.

Orange is a color I would have loved, too, but went with the green which is a bright green. I also got 3 screen protectors with it - YAY!

Good luck in your search and if you ever come across a case in orange, please post back.

Thanks.

ok so i also was weary of hard drive space (ie gigabytes) my desk top computer has over 200gb. & learning from my Iphone's 8gb that you really Really need all the extra room..

i will put a more in-depth review about the real, true, pros and cons. The pros can way out the con's, but i found out that i can Not up date lots of things!! BC i only ended up with 2gb after the system software & featured apps!!!

the micro sd card Won't hold apps "like i thought it would" making this feature useless for gamers. & now BC i use 14% to much data or what not, i Can't up date anything!! it just keeps saying (ERROR:insufficient room)

i did a little looking around & almost fixed the prob after deleting 5 apps & clearing lots data manually but now i need to get rid of more..."not good but perfect for streaming video, surfing the web, checking e-mail, having 3 or 4 games to pick, or lessening to pandora....but like i said there will be a more detailed review soon

You may want to find an free app called Cleanmaster. It may help you clean the junk files. I would return this to QVC.

At least you are technology savvy enough to do something like this. Imagine the many who bought this that don't even understand how to turn it on. Imam sure they are frustrated and don't understand why it is not doing some of the things they thought it would be easy to do. Of course, these people don't know how to delete apps..they barely know how to download a new app, let alone try to save something to the card rather the internal hard drive.
