Last TSV 17" HP Laptop

Did anyone on the boards receive the last TSV HP 17" laptop without MS365 Item #E318248? If so, do you still have the box you received it in? I ordered one and it came today while I was gone. One end of the shipping box was torn open and the other end had been opened and retaped. The corner of the box was dented, but the laptop was still sealed in the inner box with a tiny corner dent.

I can deal with the packaging issues, but in the description it says I would receive laptop 17-cn3601ds. What I received was 17-cn3604ds. I don't know if I got the wrong computer or what, this is so frustrating for me. I called CS, but the wait time was so long, I thought I would ask someone on the boards who might have bought this and still have the box to see if they received the same.

Call HP SALES. You should get a human when you call sales. Just ask your question.
