After completing my phone download I couldn't find the contacts that were to be sent from my old phone to the new one. I called Trac Fone and they told me they don't transfer the numbers or any pictures I had. All numbers had to be entered manually and pictures are gone. Yesterday my daughter called Trac Fone and they told her all information on my old phone would transfer. Has anyone had this happen? Anyway to get my pictures back?

I'm not sure what phone you have, but I went from a tracfone non-android to a tracfone android. I used blue tooth to transfer all my contacts and photos.

The new phone has kept me pretty busy learning all the stuff about it. I spent a lot of time online doing web searches to find out what I needed to do. The only thing I have not been able to transfer are the ringtones that came with my old phone.

If both phones have Blue tooth you should be able to move the photos from the one phone to the other one. Tracfone has interactive tutorials for many of the phones they sell on their site that can walk you through many/most of the basic operations. I've got their LG Ultimate 2 phone coming and I've got their tutorial for it bookmarked. I've already used that tutorial to go through many of the things I'll be wanting to do with it. If all else fails you may be able to pull the photos from one phone to your computer through a USB cable and then upload them to the new phone with the same USB cable.
